Exclusive Human Resources are working in partnership with a local e-commerce organisation to recruit an experienced Customer Services Administrator to their team.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, so must possess a strong knowledge of what excellent customer service looks like. You will take inbound calls from customers and will be required to deal with them politely and efficiently.
From here you will be required to communicate with the relevant departments within the organisation in order to answer any queries the customer may have. You must therefore be highly organised, and have the credibility and confidence to deal with colleagues at all levels within the business.
The organisation takes great care in recording and analysing data, and they have an excellent system in place to do so. You must be happy to work with new IT systems, and be able to carry out a thorough administrative process around your call-handling.
It is essential due to the nature of the business that you are fully conversant with the internet, and a background in e-commerce will be looked upon favourably. You will also have the opportunity to bring new ideas to the role, so an innovative approach to customer service will be encouraged. You must also be confident when discussing costs with customers, as you will be required to manage customer expectations on this matter.
