Exclusive Human Resources are working in partnership with a local communications company to recruit a dynamic Customer Services Administrator to their growing team.
Reporting into the Service Manager, you will deal with a high profile membership service, taking incoming calls from prospective and current members. As well as dealing with general membership queries, you will be responsible for processing new members and their payment details.
The role is not a simple call-handling position, as you will be required to interpret the data you are working with, and manage it effectively. You must therefore not only have excellent customer service skills, but you must also have experience of manipulating data precisely.
Previous experience in a financial services or call centre environment would be extremely beneficial, but solid administrative experience will be looked upon favourably. You must have experience of call-handling in a fast-paced environment, as well as strong and varied administrative experience.
There will also be the requirement to support the Service Manager in her role, so prior PA or senior administration experience would be beneficial. You must be a strong administrator who can prioritise your time effectively.
The role requires a dynamic, assertive individual who can bring enthusiasm to the organisation and who bring more than simply an administrative service to the organisation.
