Excel Masterclass: Using Excel as a database
Excel is a great business tool and not just for calculations. You can use it to sort and filter data, to maintain customer details and even to do mailshots and e-shots.
Pitman Training will be running a series of short Excel 2007 and 2010 masterclasses in August in Newcastle, covering ways to work with large spreadsheets and use Excel as a database.
Topics covered will include Pivot Tables, Lookups, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting and Filtering.
Delivered by Dave Stevens, a Microsoft Certified Trainer and experienced Excel user, cost is just £25+VAT per 2-hour session. Timing will be either early mornings or evenings and there may also be some full-day sessions.
