From an unlikely start in life of leaving school with no formal educational qualifications, and a 'red-lined'
postal address in North Tyneside, Tom Fenwick Brown can rightly boast a veritable war chest of practical,
real world, tried and tested experience of what works (and what doesn't) in the 21st Century sales
profession! With a 37 year history in senior sales and general management with leading brand names
including Pfizer, Black & Decker and Sony (where he was responsible for annual sales revenue of £110M)
Tom went on to establish his own company with sales of £5M. A mind-numbing encounter with 'early
retirement' made Tom seek new challenges and by bumping into the CEO of Sandler Training, the world's
largest sales & sales management training organisation he decided to establish a Sandler Training centre
in the North East. For any business owner who is struggling with the complexities of the sales process, is
frustrated by lack-lustre sales performance, wants to understand how to retain integrity of purpose yet
still sell, or simply doesn't believe that huge increases in existing business is attainable by embracing
modern sales techniques such as Tom's, this conversation is a must!
